Terms and conditions

India

• Project Association Cost for every project is Rs.50000/- (INR).
• Delay in payment would cost additional 5% of monthly salary of candidate per day.

1.Hiring charges
a)08.33% of Annual CTC for candidates below Manager level.
b)12% of Annual CTC for candidates at and above Manager Level.
c)16% of Annual CTC for Sr. Management positions.
2. Invoice raising date on the date of joining of the candidate.
3. Payment by Client Within 5 days of the date of joining of the candidate.
4. Validity of each resume Three month.
5. Free replacement(one time), if candidate leaves within 60 days
 

 

SCHEDULE B – Consultants on Contract with option to hire(TEMP to HIRE)

1. Option to hire (Client may hire the consultant after 6 months of engagement at its sole discretion with a mutual understanding & confirmation between the 2 parties)
2.Invoice raising date for consultant fee(1 month from Date of joining of candidate).
3. Payment Within 3 days of receipt of Invoice.
4. Validity of each resume Three month
5. Validity of terms One year
6. Free replacement(one time)
contract period or even in the case of absconding candidates during the contract period, we will provide a replacement.
7. Consultant fee(As per the applicable Statement of Work)
 

SCHEDULE C – Consultants on Contract(ZERO COST HIRE)

1. Term of Contract (Six months unless specified otherwise in the applicable Statement of Work).
2.Invoice raising date for consultant fee(28th day of each month)
3. Payment Within 3 days of receipt of Invoice.
4. Validity of each resume Three month.
5. Validity of terms One year.
6. Free replacement(one time)
In case of resignation of candidates within the contract period, wewill provide a replacement.

 

Singapore(Asia Pacific)

• Delay in payment would cost additional 5% of monthly salary of candidate per day.
• Project Association Cost for every project is $1000/- (USD).

1.Hiring charges
a)18% of Annual CTC for candidates below Manager level.
b)20% of Annual CTC for candidates at and above Manager Level.
c)25% of Annual CTC for Sr. Management positions.
2. Invoice raising date on the date of joining of the candidate.
3. Payment by Client Within 3 days of the date of joining of the candidate.
4. Validity of each resume Three month.

Note: We help and guide selected candidates visave medical tests to visa issuance to work life in Asia pacific countries.

 

Middle East (GCC)

         

• Delay in payment would cost additional 5% of monthly salary of candidate per day.
• Project Association Cost for every project is $1000/- (USD).

1.Hiring charges
a)18% of Annual CTC for candidates below Manager level.
b)20% of Annual CTC for candidates at and above Manager Level.
c)25% of Annual CTC for Sr. Management positions.
2. Invoice raising date on the date of joining of the candidate.
3. Payment by Client Within 3 days of the date of joining of the candidate.
4. Validity of each resume Three month.
